Where is my order?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, which will contain your USPS Tracking Number. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 48 business hours to provide tracking updates. If you see a "not found/error" message when attempting to track your package, please allow 24-48 business hours for an update to be shown.
Can my order be canceled once placed?
No, we are very quick at processing orders to assure items are shipped in a timely manner. Once an order has been placed, we are unable cancel it.
Can I return/exchange an item?
We will consider exchanges for SIZE ONLY (Bodysuits are exluded). Please review our Return Policy for more details.
Do you provide return shipping labels?
No, we do not offer return labels as returns are made at the customers own cost. We encourage you to use the most convenient and affordable service provider relevant to you.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
Please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of receipt of your package with your order number and picture of the incorrect and/or faulty item as well as the packing slip. Failure to report a faulty item within 12 hours of receiving your package will result in our inability to replace the item.
Why has my order been cancelled?
On occassion, we have found that items sell out very quickly due to such a high demand and an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. These cases are rare, however if an item in your order sells out we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the cancellation of the item. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.
What happens if I forgot to include a discount code?
Once your order has been placed we will not be able to make any changes to your total as we are unable to manually apply the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order if the code is still valid.
Why won't my discount code work?
Have you entered the code correctly? Some codes are case sensitive, try copying and pasting the code into the "coupon code" box just before checkout. Expiry Date: Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid. If you have been issued a special promo code directly from us, please note that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code and the code can only be used once.
What if I never receive my order?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed to the designated shipping address. If your item is lost or stolen under the shipping carrier's care, you will need to file a claim using your tracking number with that particular carrier as soon as possible.
